I selected a random word from a hat as a challenge to re-design the average desk tape dispenser.
I worked through sketching and building scale models, until I found the slippery spark we all search for in a design process.
Invisible tape already has an evasive attitude— I set out to tie this together with the form of the dispenser.
The transparency reinforces the idea of subtlety while the form represents a desire for escape.
